- Minimum Cashout: $5.00 CAD equivalent

- Processing Time: 1-7 business days after request
- Fees: Payment processing fees may apply
Referral Commission Program
Users can earn 25% commission on advertising purchases made by their referred advertisers:
- Commission Rate: 25% of the advertiser's total ad spend
- Eligibility: Must have a registered account to access referral links
- Tracking: Referrals are tracked through unique personal referral links
- Payment Timeline: Referral earnings are processed and paid up to 90 business days after the referred advertiser's ad campaign has been approved and completed
Referral Payment Schedule: Referral commissions may take up to 90 business days to be credited to your account after the advertiser's ad has been approved and their campaign completed. This extended processing period allows for thorough verification, chargeback protection, dispute resolution, and ensures payment integrity.
Earnings Integrity
Prohibited Activities:
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts
- Opening multiple tabs or windows simultaneously
- Sharing accounts or login credentials
- Manipulating timers or circumventing viewing requirements
- Creating multiple accounts to increase earnings
- Self-referring or creating fake advertiser accounts for commission
- Manipulating referral links or attempting to bypass tracking
Referral Terms & Conditions
- Referral commissions are subject to advertiser payment completion
- Disputed or refunded advertising purchases will void related referral commissions
- Users must comply with applicable advertising and referral laws in their jurisdiction
- Cash In Ads reserves the right to verify referral legitimacy and may withhold suspicious commissions
- Referral earnings are reported for tax purposes where required by law
6. Advertising Services
Advertiser Requirements
Advertisers must ensure their content:
- Complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- Does not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material
- Accurately represents products, services, or content
- Does not violate intellectual property rights
Content Standards
We prohibit advertisements containing:
- Adult content, gambling, or age-restricted material
- Malware, viruses, or malicious software
- Deceptive practices or false claims
- Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
- Illegal products or services
Ad Approval Process
All advertisements undergo review before publication. We reserve the right to reject, modify, or remove content that violates our standards.

- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from third-party actions or content
- Technical failures or service interruptions
Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Cash In Ads in the preceding 12 months.
